I took these photos of Jaree a few weeks ago and I was looking them over, because I wanted to scrapbook them, I was just overcome with tears. My baby is developing so fast! She is only nine years old. She's such a beautiful little girl, that I sometimes am taken a back.
She tells me "Mommy I will always be your baby, NO MATTER WHAT?"
So sincere, yet so UNTRUE...
they grow up so fast! Before I know it she will be going to the prom, away to college, and getting married and having a family of her own.
I love my little girl! She is so precious to me...
She is really my little miracle, as she has cheated death twice!!!!

I honestly couldn't sleep with this girl everyday, as I would have a skull fracture and a dislocated back, as she sleeps extremely WILD!!!!!
She came in my room around 7am and my back aches....LOL
On another note, How are you enjoying your SUMMER?
At the Brooks house, we have been having a blast, we just went to Six Flags Great America last Friday on the 11th, rode everythihng....LOL , We have been to the water park twice, neighbor hood pool countless times, beach twice, and we are getting ready for our Wisconsin Dells trip to the The Wilderness, next month!!! Can't wait!!!

Sounds like you are having a full, fun summer!
She is a pretty girl. I feel the same way about my sweet little angel. She's 8 going on 18. Every once in awhile i'll catch a glimpse of her out of the corner of my eye or she'll say somethign profound and that scary she's-not-a-baby-anymore feeling will hit me like a shot in the gut.
Our summer is going just ok. I didn't plan any fun family activities so it's just rounds of getting the kids to and from camp. I do like that I have more time with the kids than during the school year.
Your baby girl looks gorgeous and between you and I, she will always be your baby girl even when she's not so little anymore.
We just got back from vacation and we had a blast!
