I believe in the power of prayer

That lovely lady right there is my mom! She is 64 years old. She is my best friend. She is a 4 year cancer survivor! But this morning she got a call saying that her mammagram had a suspicious spot on her right breast near her nipple. They want her to come in for another mammagram and take an ultra sound of her breast. I am praying that is nothing, that is just a mistake. I know that God, did not keep my healthy all this time, just to give her cancer all over again.

I had this really light-hearted, post ready to go this morning, and then I got this news. I am depending on all my blog sisters to say a prayer for my mom! I believe in the power of prayer! I also believe in the power of positive thinking. I never claim anyting, but that does not stop me from being worried out of my mind.

I love my mom to death! She is the best mom in the world. She means so much to me. I am blessed to have both of my parents, still together and I brag on that all the time. Right now I am just down! Thank God, Baptiste is home today, because at first I just went to pieces. But, now I am just calm and prayerful.
