LOL That sounds like one of my shopping trips - online or in person. I think "oh, this is just a couple bucks and so cute." And that's ok. If you're getting 2 things, but I get a basketful! :D Just share was you create with us. It looks delicious!
Great shopping! you make me want to go scrap-shopping even though I have vowed to stay out of the store until I finish some of the projects I have started. I really like the book you are making for your daughter. Have you shown it to her in the process or are you surprising her later? I hope you post the rest when your done. Your book reminds me of a book that my friend Kathy designed for a group of us out here in California to make for our kids. It was called "Did I tell you...?" The purpose of the book was to document a keepsake with pictures and statments and saying that we wanted to make sure our kids knew and could go back to. (She has 2 teenage sons and I have 3 so I made mine in their favorite colors.) After that I went through the ABC book phase. I made a 12 by 12 ABC's of the Bible for one daughter who is away in college (in Chicago) but wasn't going to Church! For my 2 neices (also in Chicago) I made ABC books and put 4 statements of advice for them. For two of my girlfriends daughters also in college, I did the ABC theme but only put words on each page that started with that alphabet. I have some other ideals that I will send you later cause I'm writing too much now.
I do enjoy reading your blog, it makes me think I should check into starting one even though I have no clue how. Keep posting and I'll keep reading,

I was going to ask why in the world did you put the receipt in your post but then I remembered that older post about people not believing you about your shopping sprees and it all made sense....kind of upsetting that you even have to do it but I totally understand....plus you only spent $52 that's excellent!!!!
